With DPU's Online Payment Services, you have an online tool at your fingertips to help you manage your accounts and pay your utility bills online. Using the temporary password printed in the top portion of the front of your utility bill and your account number you can register to make online payments. You'll then have access to all your account information.

Pay in Person

Come inside our Payment Center facing Cuttino St. or use our drive thru located behind our main office on Russell Street. For your added convenience use our 24hr night depository lane.

You may also pay your bill using our kiosk located at the front of our building in the atrium.
