Water Meter Replacement Project
The Department of Public Utilities plans to begin replacing water meters throughout the system on August 1, 2023. This project is expected to last 6‐12 months. The upgraded meters will be part of the Department’s AMI (Advanced Meter Infrastructure) to provide more efficient water delivery and use by customers.
To accomplish this, the Department will be working with a contractor, VEPO Solutions.

Should you experience any issues after you r meter has been changed out, please contact the install contractor at the toll‐free number (VEPO 877-860‐8376) listed on the door hanger.
